Издательство Microsoft и студия-разработчик Playground Games в рамках трансляции Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase анонсировали Forza Horizon 5 — новую часть своей популярной серии гоночных аркад. События Forza Horizon 5 развернутся на территории Мексики. В игре обещают самый большой и разноплановый открытый мир в истории серии. Вдобавок к мексиканским пейзажам Forza Horizon 5 предложит «глубокую кампанию» с испытаниями, сюжетными заданиями, «захватывающими природными явлениями» (пыльные бури и тропические штормы) и динамической сменой сезонов каждую неделю. Кроме того, в Forza Horizon 5 появится режим совместных мини-игр Horizon Arcade и инструментарий EventLab для создания собственных геймплейных сценариев (в том числе с прописыванием правил). Разработчики обещают, что Forza Horizon 5 поразит своей детализацией (вплоть до проходящего через иголки кактусов света), реализацией HDR и трассировки лучей в режиме Forzavista (просмотр машин).

Впечатления после 10 часов покатушек.

 

Пока в целом на голову выше фх4, первое, что бросается в глаза - это крутые пейзажи, которых не было в Англии. Звук автомобилей тоже хорошо апнули, несколько раз уже брал машину только из-за её звучания. Голиаф крутой в игре получился, можно на каком нибудь B/С классе за 20 минут его проехать с кайфом.

 

Из минусов - нельзя посмотреть машину в форзависте перед покупкой и есть баги/сетевые проблемы сейчас.

Ну зайди в любое из ДЛЦ, где списком покажут авто и скинь скрин. Может, просто не заметил.

 

 

P.S. В игре боты едут по какой-то выдуманной физике. Нет, я понимаю, что в любой игре (даже хардкорном симуляторе) боты едут по упрощенным и более скриптовым физическим правилам, ибо никто не будет так перегружать железо обработкой всех ботов. Но какого хрена на прыжках ты после падения ппц теряешь скорость, а бот улетает, словно и не было падения. Тут дело не в передачах - я вручную ими работаю и имею опыт симуляторов, чтобы подтыкать нужные. Тут именно, что боты вообще никак не реагируют нормально на падения.

Всегда так и было. 

 

Похоже после четверки драйватары всё же начали корректно выбирать авто из имеющихся в наличии у игроков. Хотя конечно сейчас игра всё ещё спамит супры и бронко в гонках, но если выбрать заезд для любых машин, то боты садятся все на разные.

Наконец-то в этой части разрабы попробовали сделать то, о чем я мечтал со времён знакомства с серией. Жаль, только в рамках одной сюжетной миссии (Baja expedition): возможность присоединиться к уже проходящей гонке. 
По мне, это идеальная механика для такой огромной карты: гонишь по миру, фигакс, видишь какая-то рандомная гонка идёт, подходящая твоему классу.  Захотел и влился в поток, не захотел - поехал дальше. 
Такая штука сделала бы мир куда живее.

Пока самый бесячий баг - это капли воды на экране, которые не исчезают. 
А с онлайном вроде уже все норм, вчера вечером была долгая 3 часовая кооп сессия, все стабильно.
