We have already tested this patch on our own client machines, and performance appears to be dramatically improved. We are working with Sony now to get the patch into the Sony testing process as soon as possible.
For those of you having trouble – thanks again for your patience. Fat Princess went through comprehensive testing with Sony in the US and Europe, and a beta, but these issues did not manifest until the game went live at scale. Rest assured, we’re working on it, and think we have it largely addressed.

Some sort of clan system would be nice, There should be at least the way to easily connect and play with friends in same team against other humans. For example I have got 3 other friends I want to play with. I can host the game and they can join. But we will end up playing 2 vs 2 or we can rebalance team and play 4 vs bots which is not fun at all. Instead we somehow should be able to group together and join the same game in the same team.

The game needs some sneaking class (Theaf?) like Spy in Team Fortress ;)

despite the current issues we're still getting nice clear feedback
about these things which help us prioritize. The princess disappearing
seems to happen in a number of places, we definitely want to get a
solution to this. Repairing the doors, I've seen that myself, I'm
adding another check to that item now. Finding a game and connecting
is taking much longer than we thought. We're looking into things we
can do to improve this process. Number 4 is worrying to me, I've
copied that whole thing to our bug list so we can look at it.

I can't promise anything about what we can address or when, but rest
assured we are working hard on them. :)
