Beyond Good & Evil 2 Coming To Wii U ?

 

 

Ubisoft developer Mathieu Audrain who is working on Beyond Good and Evil 2 has listed that the game could be coming to Wii U on his Linkedin profile. Audrain is the level designer behind both ZombiU and Beyond Good and Evil 2. The way that he has listed the game along with the platforms doesn’t really make it one hundred percent clear. Beyond Good and Evil 2 has been in development for a long time, so let’s hope it hasn’t been canned.

A BioWare representative tells IGN that “There are no plans to bring Citadel or Reckoning to the Wii U at this time.”

Они после фиаско с Рейманом просто продолжают анонсировать игры на Wii U. Watch Dogs, Splinter Cell: Blacklist в сети вот всплыл, Asassin's Creed IV наверняка анонсируют и так далее.

Но они вообще молодцы, что портируют свои игры на Wii U, не говоря уже об эксклюзивах. С Рейманом, конечно, некрасиво, но у других компаний есть в чём брать пример с Юби. Я вот мечтал о Bioshock Infinite на Wii U T___T

There are so many vehicles, characters and missions. There’s so much content in the game already – you’re talking 40-50 hours to get 100%, it’s difficult to imagine what we could put in. We wouldn’t rule it out, but it’d have to be the right thing to fit with the rest of the game.

Lee Barber: I don’t think for LEGO City we could do it without the GamePad, it’s pretty much central and a core element of the game. This is for both the character in the game and the player; what you see the character doing, the player can do as well, so they’re linked by the same device. As the character in the game upgrades, so do the player’s abilities to do the same. It’s not just limited to a map of a city, the player can feel like a detective or like they’re locating a robber, or locating a hidden item. We feel that’s pretty unique.

Graham Goring: It’s one of the weird things. We’re developing on PC and there’d be things you’d do if you didn’t have a dev kit, but it wouldn’t have the life. For example with the audio scanning you’d just be using a thumbstick, but you’d do it on the GamePad and it’d feel great, like a revelation. That complete feedback, a window into the world, feels different and fresh. You could do some of the features on a standard controller, but it’d be a shadow of itself. It’s just the fact that you’ve got a screen in your hand that responds to your positioning, it’s wonderful.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will be releasing LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes on Wii U nearly a year after its initial release. The company announced today that it will be bringing the game to Nintendo’s console this spring.

LEGO Batman 2 will offer new GamePad features on Wii U. The entire title can be experienced on the controller through off-TV play, and a second player will be able to join in on the fun for co-op gameplay without having to share the television. Warner Bros. has also confirmed that players “will navigate through Gotham City using an enhanced interactive map and select their favorite DC Comics characters to assemble a powerful team of heroes, all with the use of the controller’s touchscreen.”

A new update is now available for Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge. Players will automatically receive the download once the game is started.

The update adds a few new items. Primarily, users can now take on a whole slew of new Ninja Trials. New costumes have been added to Razor’s Edge as well.
